Who are we?

Bingham Self Storage is an affiliate of Whitefields Storage Limited, and provides storage for items on behalf of clients.  We are based in the UK and service clients predominantly within a 20 miles radius of Bingham. 

Who do we collect information from and what information do we collect?

We collect information from the following data subjects:

  • Site Users
  • Individual prospective customers and customers
  • Representatives of corporate prospective customers and customers. 

We obtain information about you when you use our website, for example, when you contact us about products and services.

We will process the personal information you enter via the website contact form.   You will be asked to consent to the use of your personal date to enable us to provide you with the services you select.  You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us as identified in our Privacy Policy.

What type of information is collected from you?

The Personal Information we collect might include your name, address, email address and telephone number and is collected when you

  • submit it through a Site form,
  • email us for information,
  • contact us via telephone with an enquiry or
  • enter into a contract with us

Where we have obtained your Personal Information in order to provide you with marketing information for our products and services, your Personal Information will be stored by us only as long as you do not change your mind to receive such materials from us.

We apply a data retention notice which we apply to records in our care.

16 or Under

We are concerned to protect the privacy of children aged 16 or under. If you are aged 16 or under‚ please get your parent/guardian's permission beforehand whenever you provide us with personal information.

If we become aware that a minor is attempting to or has submitted Personal Information via this site, we will notify the user that we may not accept his or her Personal Information. We will then remove that Personal Information from our records.

CCTV

Bingham Self Storage owns and operates a CCTV network for the purposes of crime prevention and detection and safeguarding.

Where a data subject can be identified, images must be processed as personal data.
